We are looking for a dynamic and driven Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to help expand our footprint across domestic and international markets.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions. The role demands strong consultative selling skills, a solid understanding of security technologies, and the ability to articulate value to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for XDR, SIEM, Email Protection, SOC Services, and Managed IT Solutions.
  • Engage with CISOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand their security challenges and propose suitable solutions.
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate solution design and pricing.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive recurring and managed service contracts.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and webinars to build brand visibility.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead management, tracking, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of :

    SIEM / XDR platforms (e.g., Wazuh, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, etc.)

    Email security solutions (Proofpoint, Mimecast, etc.)

    SOC operations and managed services models

    Cloud infrastructure and networking fundamentals

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers).

    Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and results-driven attitude.

    Experience in international markets (US, Middle East) is a strong advantage.
