Purchase Executive [20 / 10 / 2025]

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for handling both direct and indirect purchases
• Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality materials at the best price.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and logistics for material receipt and payment.
• Maintain records of all local and import purchase transactions and documentation.
