EDI Test Engineer - Automation Testing

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced EDI Test Engineer with a strong background in the US Healthcare domain testing and hands-on expertise in both Functional and Automation testing.

The candidate should be proficient in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes, testing healthcare transactions, and ensuring system compliance with healthcare data standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Functional and Automation testing of EDI transactions within US Healthcare applications.
• Validate and verify HIPAA EDI transactions such as 837 (Claims), 835 (Payments), 270 / 271 (Eligibility), and 276 / 277 (Claim Status).
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Tosca.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and document defects in test management tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across systems.
• Support production validation and post-deployment testing as required.
