Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our software engineering team in Noida. You’ll work across the full stack - backend, frontend, and mobile - helping build and maintain modern, scalable applications.

This role is ideal for someone who can learn fast, adapt to different technologies, and navigate complex problems, while also leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Lovable, etc.) to boost productivity, prototype ideas, and solve challenges efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / C#
  • Build responsive web applications with React + TypeScript
  • Work with relational databases and scalable data models
  • Contribute to mobile application development
  • Collaborate on CI / CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and infrastructure tasks
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for maintainability, performance, and reliability
  • Document work clearly and communicate effectively with the team
  • Use AI tools creatively to accelerate development and problem-solving
  • This role is about ramping up quickly, adapting to different tech challenges, and owning end-to-end development responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core / C# backend development
  • Strong proficiency with React + TypeScript
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and containerized deployments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Forward-thinking mindset - able to anticipate issues and suggest improvements
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate development

  • Experience in cross-platform mobile app development
  • Experience in real-time communication systems
  • Experience with background job or task scheduling systems
  • Experience with cloud or on-premises deployment environments
