Job descriptionLead the design and delivery of complex building systems (Electrical / Mechanical / FPS / PHE) for diverse global projects. Champion BIM-driven , data-integrated design workflows. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver coordinated, high-performance MEP systems. Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting excellence and innovation. Ensure compliance with international standards and sustainability objectives. Represent Pinnacle’s design expertise in client and stakeholder interactions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline. 10+ years of progressive design experience in respective domain. Strong exposure to UK and Middle East projects preferred. Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD , and digital design tools. Professional certifications (CEng / PE / IMechE / NFPA / CIBSE / ISHRAE) are desirable. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Work on global landmark projects using cutting-edge technologies. Be part of AI-driven digital engineering transformation .
