• Candidate should have excellent email writing skills .Should have excellent communication skills (US English) to understand the client requirements on call.
• Should be able to interpret and follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual.
• Must have an ability to handle work pressure.
• Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI’s.
• Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.
• Display high levels of accountability and responsibility.
• Analytical and Logical Thinking.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Basic computer Knowledge required.
• Ability of self-learning on live job and Eye for Detail.
• Should have speed and efficiency at work.
• Creativity in problem solving.
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts / weekends -Continuous night shifts / Rotational Shifts / Discontinuous night shift.
• Should be able to understand the SOP to do the error free processing.
• English US & Domestic Proficient Communication Skills.
• Proficient Email writing Skills.
