Role Overview:

As an IT Customer Support Associate, you will be trained and deployed into one of the following tracks based on performance and business needs:

• IT Service Desk / Enterprise Support
• Business Process & Back-Office Operations
• Digital Trust & Safety / Content Moderation
• Customer Experience & Client Support

You will:

• Provide IT and customer support with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with enterprise teams and client stakeholders
• Uphold compliance, process, and data security standards
• Demonstrate accountability and continuous learning

Eligibility:

• Graduates & final-year students (results awaited can apply)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to undergo structured training
• Open to shift-based work and client-location deployment
• High learning agility and career focus

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed + performance-based components)
• CTC may vary based on role, location, and client deployment
