Project Manager & Scrum Master (AI Products & Platform Delivery)

As the Project Manager & Scrum Master , you'll orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams — AI engineers, speech scientists, designers, and DevOps experts — to deliver products that operate at the edge of what's possible.

You'll turn high-level innovation into structured, executable milestones, driving delivery with speed, focus, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Conversational AI and Voice Platform projects.
• Manage Agile sprints — define deliverables, run ceremonies, track KPIs.
• Translate complex AI requirements into clear technical tasks and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (AI, speech, infra, design, QA) across regions (UAE, India).
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution.
• Maintain full project documentation — sprint burndowns, velocity charts, and reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance, data governance , and regulatory readiness in deployments.
• Report regularly to leadership on progress, delays, and capacity planning.
