Senior Software Engineer - Python / Golang

Description :

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Infra) to architect and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure that powers our real-time voice AI systems, handling hundreds of thousands of calls per day. You'll own everything from system design to deployment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and speed.

Responsibilities :

• Design and build scalable, distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Architect cloud-native solutions (AWS / GCP).
• Ensure system reliability and low-latency performance.
• Optimize performance, build monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to deploy ML / voice workloads at :
• 5+ years in backend / platform / infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS / GKE), Terraform, AWS.
• Programming skills in Python (FastAPI, asyncio) or Go.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, caching (Redis), and message queues (Kinesis / SQS).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• (Bonus) Experience with MLOps, GPU orchestration, WebRTC, and real-time audio processing.
