Java Security

WAF (Web Application Firewall) Security Engineer who will work in a 24 / 7 rotational shift environment. You'll be responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining various WAF devices to protect web applications from a range of cyber threats.

Core Responsibilities

• WAF Management : You'll support and configure a variety of WAFs, including Imperva, Barracuda, Akamai, Fortinet, Radware, and F5 Big-IP.
• Threat Prevention : You'll use WAFs to prevent threats, with a strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 threats, including DDoS , XSS , and SQL injection .
• Network Integration : You will integrate network security with IP networks, working with devices like Cisco and Juniper switches and routers.
• Scripting & Automation : You'll work in a UNIX / Linux environment and use Python or Shell scripting to automate system tasks.
• Monitoring : You will utilize enterprise monitoring tools such as SevOne , Splunk , and Nagios to inspect data packets and identify potential security issues.
