Job Title : Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Core Skills : .NET, React / Angular, Azure, CI / CD

Position Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of end-to-end software development. The role involves building robust backend services, crafting modern front-end interfaces, and ensuring system stability in production. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments, contributes to architecture decisions, and supports continuous improvement in both code quality and delivery processes.

Responsibilities Development :

Build scalable backend systems using .NET 6+, C#, and Azure-based services.
Develop interactive and user-friendly front-end components with React, TypeScript, or Angular.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
Drive features from initial concept through release, with focus on performance and Support & Reliability :
Partner with operations teams to resolve incidents and ensure uptime.
Investigate and fix defects, applying permanent solutions to recurring issues.
Enhance system monitoring and performance metrics to improve application health.
Contribute to release stability through post-deployment & Architecture :
Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical input on design choices.
Apply SaaS principles such as microservices, distributed processing, and multi-tenancy.
Strengthen observability with better logging, tracing, and alerts.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA in Agile ceremonies.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices within the team.

Qualifications & Skills :

5+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise-grade applications.

Strong proficiency in .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Azure Functions.

Expertise in React or Angular with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and secure data exchange.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure, including Service Bus, Storage Queues, or equivalent.

Good grasp of design principles, algorithms, and common architectural patterns.

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, automated builds, and release management.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Familiarity with event-driven or serverless architecture models.

Previous experience in Fintech platforms or payment / transaction-based systems.

Exposure to data visualization / reporting tools such as Power BI.
