About the Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-impact, strategic, and proactive support to one or more executive leaders in India. This role combines high-level executive administration with site-level coordination and digital operations expertise. You will serve as the organizational backbone for your leader(s), helping to drive clarity, operational alignment, and delivery across initiatives.
You will act as a liaison between executives, teams, and internal / external stakeholdersensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-through, and an outstanding support experience. This position requires independent judgment, business acumen, digital fluency, and emotional intelligence.
What Youll Do
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars including scheduling across time zones, prioritization, and alignment
- Coordinate and support local India office events, employee engagement, and logistics in partnership with site leadership
- Organize and maintain executive documents, project trackers, shared files, and budget documentation
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and notes; assist with team communication and formatting of reports
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives, track milestones, and flag blockers for resolution
- Own travel coordination, expense management, invoice tracking, and procurement follow-up
- Respond to correspondence, flag priorities, and draft communications where appropriate
- Lead and mentor junior assistants or office coordinators on best practices and process improvement
- Act as a trusted liaison for sensitive matters, navigating ambiguity with professionalism and discretion
- Champion operational efficiency through digital tools, proactive planning, and workflow improvements
What Youll Bring
710 years of experience in executive support, ideally supporting SVP or C-level leadersProven track record of handling confidential and complex executive responsibilitiesAssociate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Concur)Experience supporting leaders in global or fast-paced matrixed organizationsStrong written / verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProject and event coordination experience, with a high level of detail orientationHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability in ambiguous or shifting contextsConfidence presenting and contributing in executive meetings and workstreamsAbility to coach and mentor junior admins, delegate responsibilities, and manage through influenceMust Have Skills
Executive administrative experience supporting S / VPs or equivalent in large organizations.
