We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building careers in HR. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the candidates.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs and portfolios.
  • Accurately maintain candidate records, activities, and updates in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring processes and recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and basic HR concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • High level of enthusiasm, ownership, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
