This role combines strategic leadership, commercial growth, partnership development, and organizational building — with a focus on technology-driven solutions for agriculture, climate, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the organization’s growth roadmap across India and international markets.

Translate data and AI-driven innovation into scalable business models and revenue streams.

Lead expansion into carbon markets, sustainability compliance (EUDR), and food trade analytics.

Business Development & Partnerships

Build strong partnerships with agri-enterprises, banks, insurers, governments, and global corporates.

Collaborate with carbon exchanges, certification bodies, and sustainability agencies.

Represent the organization in global industry forums and policy discussions.

Revenue & Market Growth

Scale DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) revenues across agri and financial sectors.

Drive monetization of carbon credits via farmer enrolment, SOC measurement, and trading.

Develop new revenue streams from compliance analytics (EUDR, Scope 3 reporting).

Team & Organizational Leadership

Build and mentor high-performing sales, business development, and client success teams.

Collaborate with product, technology, and data science teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and client excellence.

Desired Skills & Experience

15+ years of leadership experience in agribusiness, fintech, sustainability, consulting, or data / AI platforms.

Proven success in scaling revenues, closing enterprise deals, and driving international expansion.

Strong network across agriculture, food trade, finance, or carbon / sustainability ecosystems.

Deep appreciation for data-driven innovation in agriculture and climate-tech.

Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with experience in high-growth environments.
