About the job : Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic React Native Developer with 1 year of experience to join our team. You will assist in building cross-platform mobile applications while learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences
Debug and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
Proactively enhance cross-platform development capabilities by learning and adapting to additional technologies as needed by the team or project requirements.

Required Skills :

1 year of experience in React Native development

Good understanding of JavaScript, OOP concepts, and React fundamentals (hooks, components, props, state, lifecycle).

Basic experience with debugging tools like Flipper, Reactotron, or Chrome DevTools.

Familiarity with mobile UI / UX standards

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries

Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice To Have :

Experience with Redux or other state management libraries

Familiarity with native module integration and bridging (Android / iOS).

Knowledge of app deployment on the Play Store or App Store

Exposure to AI integrations and AI development tools.

Awareness of architectural patterns like MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.

A mindset of continuous learning and interest in exploring new technologies beyond React Native.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Any relevant certifications or personal mobile app projects are a plus
