Skills Required
Chocolate Making, Baking
- Prepare a wide range of confectionery items including chocolates, toffees, pastries, desserts, and bakery products
- Follow standard recipes accurately while contributing creative ideas for new product development
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation of all items
- Manage raw materials, ingredients, and inventory efficiently to reduce wastage
- Operate and maintain baking and confectionery equipment safely and correctly
- Coordinate with team members for menu innovation and special product launches
- Handle workload efficiently during peak hours and ensure timely production
