Key Responsibilities

• Optimize third-party partnerships for fraud detection and investigations.
• Maintain loan document verification records with external agencies / vendors.
• Monitor vendor costs to optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to take action against fraudulent activities.
• Provide comprehensive fraud risk training to subordinates.
• Oversee mystery shopping and seeding initiatives.
