Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in technical facility management (M&E). Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and preventive maintenance. Good communication, vendor management, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP and civil maintenance operations ensuring smooth and safe facility functioning.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs and promote energy conservation practices.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all installations.
- Manage breakdowns, downtime, and ensure timely restoration of services.
- Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory management of spares and consumables.
- Monitor and ensure contractor compliance, quality of service, and adherence to site rules.
- Prepare and share daily reports, maintenance logs, and incident summaries with the Facility Manager.
- Handle shift operations independently and assist in soft services as required.
