Job descriptionManage event documentation and ensure compliance with brand standards. Coordinate logistics : room setups, AV, menus, staffing, and more. Maintain timely and professional communication with clients. Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning for events. Build strong client relationships with personalized service and attention to detail. Foster seamless collaboration across departments. Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset. For Education : Degree in Hotel Management or related field Experience : Minimum 1 year in F&B or sales operations, with hands-on event coordination in luxury hospitality Event detailing & BEO preparation Client relationship management Cross-functional collaboration Time & resource management Strong communication & presentation

The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru is part of a 125-acre mixed-use complex within the serene and modern Bhartiya City. - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to design bespoke event experiences aligned with our luxury brand.
- Contribute to event package development and promotional strategies.
- Analyze client feedback and event outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
