Job Summary
Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our HR team within a dynamic MNC environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data management - from gathering and cleansing to analysis and visualization. You should have a knack for storytelling with data and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights through dashboards and impactful PowerPoint presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and reconcile large volumes of Talent Acquisition-related data from multiple sources.
Analyze trends, track key recruitment metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Build and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI (good to have).
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate data-driven narratives to senior leadership.
Solve queries and support ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support decision-making through data.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, Query Editor).
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, with a focus on design and storytelling.
Experience in handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
Working knowledge of graphs, charts, and visual analytics.
Familiarity with Power BI (good to have).
Preferred Skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and patterns from raw data.
Eye for detail and ability to produce clean, executive-level deliverables.
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics preferred.
