Role Summary
The AGM – Launch will lead the planning, execution, and performance of new project launches in the assigned region. This role involves working closely with developers, internal sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure successful project onboarding, launch campaigns, inventory movement, and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Onboarding & Developer Management
- Identify and onboard new developer projects relevant to NoBroker's customer base.
- Understand project details, pricing, inventory, exclusivity opportunities, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate competitive commercials, marketing budgets, and partnership models with developers.
- Maintain strong relationships with builder leadership teams.
2. Launch Planning & Strategy
Create end-to-end launch plans—including positioning, pricing strategy, inventory strategy, and timelines.Coordinate with Marketing to design campaigns (digital marketing, events, channel outreach, etc.).Define target customer profiles, micro-market mapping, and value proposition.3. Revenue Delivery & Performance Management
Own revenue targets for all launch projects in the assigned territory.Track daily / weekly funnel metrics such as lead flow, inquiries, site visits, and closures.Ensure high conversion rates by planning demand-generation initiatives.Work closely with Sales Managers to drive performance for each project.4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to ensure accurate project listings, availability, and information flow.Partner with Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to ensure they are fully trained on project features and USP.Align with Finance and Legal teams for commercial approvals, documentation, and agreements.5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on micro-market trends (pricing, absorption rates, competing launches).Conduct competitor bench marking to improve launch strategy and positioning.Provide insights for improving developer partnerships and launch outcomes.6. Process Excellence
Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project onboarding and launches.Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and smooth customer journey from lead to booking.Continuously optimize launch playbooks and best practices.Key Requirements
Education
Graduate / PG in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).Experience
8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, project launches, or developer management.Strong understanding of primary sales, launch dynamics, and project marketing.Experience in managing multiple developer stakeholders.Prior exposure to prop-tech or IPC roles is a strong plus.Skills
