We’re looking for a Content Producer who can turn ideas, feature updates, customer stories, and technical concepts into high-quality LinkedIn posts, case studies, and product content .
This is a hands-on role . You will write every day, publish every day, and help Spike build a strong presence on LinkedIn. If you’re someone who enjoys storytelling, understands SaaS, and likes working closely with a founder, this role will fit you well.
Your Role
- Write 20–25 LinkedIn posts / month
- Turn product updates into clear, sharp, high-signal posts.
- Convert customer proof, testimonials, and feedback into social content.
- Create 4–6 long-form assets per month (case studies, carousels, feature explainers).
- Maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar.
Product Storytelling
Explain complex ideas like “on-call operations,” “incident response,” or “alert fatigue” in simple terms.Work closely with the founder to shape narrative around Spike’s roadmap, features, and customer wins.Convert raw notes, screenshots, and ideas into complete posts.Distribution & Growth
Publish, distribute, and repurpose content on LinkedIn.Track performance and improve posts based on engagement.Build Spike’s brand voice over time.Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in content writing, social media writing, or SaaS content.Strong writer with clean, crisp, direct writing skills.Comfortable learning technical concepts quickly.Can take rough ideas and convert them into polished content.Enjoy working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment.Love consistency — posting regularly doesn’t scare you.You understand LinkedIn (tone, pace, formats).You care about clarity, not fluff.You do NOT need to know design.
