Position : Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (2–4 years) with strong expertise in managing client relationships within an advertising / digital marketing agency . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, ensuring campaign success, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms in collaboration with creative & digital teams
• Handle multiple accounts with strong project management skills
• Prepare performance reports, analyze metrics, and share actionable insights
• Support in creating strategies, campaign proposals, and presentations
• Work closely with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Identify challenges / opportunities and recommend strategic solutions

Required Skills :

🔸 2–4 years of experience in an advertising / digital marketing agency (Mandatory)

🔸 Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills

🔸 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

🔸 Understanding of social media, content, digital campaigns, and analytics

🔸 Proficiency in project management & reporting tools
