We are looking for - SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS)

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Kolkata and Ahmedabad

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Certification in SucessFactors Learning Management System

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment

Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs

Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting

Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration

Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.

At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes

Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
