Job Opportunity : Full Stack Developer (Remote | 0–1 Year Experience)

Location : Work from Home

Experience : 0–1 Year (Full-time internship or junior developer experience required)

Debales AI builds autonomous AI Agents that seamlessly integrate into existing systems — no new dashboards, no added workflow overhead. With 100+ integrations and 80+ specialized AI Agents, we streamline high-volume operations across Logistics, E-Commerce, and Education, helping teams scale efficiency without scaling headcount.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, real-world projects that touch thousands of users. You'll contribute directly to our core B2B products while enhancing your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain features for products like Shopify apps, browser-based widgets, and npm packages.
  • Implement responsive UI using React.Js , Next.Js , and Tailwind CSS .
  • Create lightweight, embeddable widgets for third-party website integration.
  • Debug and resolve issues across multiple platforms and services.
  • Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and implementation of new features from scratch.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of React.Js and component-based architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Next.Js , TypeScript , and Tailwind CSS .
  • Basic understanding of scalable application design and architecture.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and / or PostgreSQL .
  • Experience with WebSockets (Socket.IO preferred).
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like Cursor and ChatGPT to improve development efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Experience in developing browser-compatible scripts or widgets.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have full-time internship or 6–12 months of experience with Next.Js.

  • Experience with Nest.Js .
  • Experience in Shopify app development .
  • Exposure to npm package development .
  • Knowledge of AI model integration .
  • Experience in developing browser extensions or advanced widgets.
