The Opportunity : Build and lead our sales function from ground up. Own Individual ARR targets. Close 15-25 enterprise deals / year.
What You'll Do :
- Own revenue targets and build 3-6 month sales pipeline
- Build a lean efficient Sales Team
- Close complex enterprise deals (Plant Heads, CFOs, COOs)
- Design sales playbook, processes, and channel partner program
- Engage with automotive, CNC, and discrete manufacturing decision-makers
