Job Description

The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including managing journals, accounts receivable / payable, collections, reconciliations, and payroll. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing reports and analyses for senior management, and supporting audits and fiscal year-end activities. This position is fully remote, supporting operations from India while aligning with Singapore-based regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily financial transactions : accounts payable, receivables, collections, cash receipts, payroll, and credit card transactions.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end journal entries and reconciliations across revenue, expenses, payroll allocations, and balance sheet items.

Oversee revenue and expense recognition in compliance with accounting principles.

Support monthly financial reporting and analysis for leadership.

Assist with fiscal year-end close activities and liaise with external auditors.

Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and Singapore financial regulations.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Manage select finance-related administrative activities (e.g., tax registrations).

Perform additional duties as required to meet organizational needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

3-5 years of accounting and finance experience.

Experience in IT, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.

Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Full-time availability and ability to collaborate with international teams.
