Role Overview

  • We're seeking a full-time Marketing Strategist to help us identify and scale the most effective marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop targeted messaging and positioning for U.S.-based fitness / health SMBs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for pipeline and revenue alignment.
  • Build demand generation playbooks for repeatable channel success.
  • Advise on transitioning experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires.

    • Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing / demand gen experience in B2B SaaS (bonus if SMB-focused).
  • Hands-on with tools like CRM, Meta / Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • A generalist mindset : comfortable running experiments across multiple channels.
  • Proven record of taking companies from experimentation to repeatable channels.
  • Data-driven and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
