Investment Research Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Analyst – Equity, Derivatives & Commodities . The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting both technical and fundamental analysis across equity, derivative (futures & options), and commodity markets. The role involves analyzing market trends, price movements, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights and investment recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include chart analysis, data modeling, preparing research reports, and assisting in developing trading and investment strategies.

Compensations

The expected range for this role is ₹2,50,000 – ₹5,00,000. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s portfolio, skills, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Technical Analysis (chart patterns, indicators, oscillators, price action, volume analysis, etc.)
• Knowledge of Fundamental Analysis including financial statements, sector analysis, and macroeconomic evaluation
• Experience in analyzing Equities, Futures & Options, and Commodities markets
• Proficiency in analytical and trading tools such as TradingView, MetaTrader, Amibroker, Excel, or Python
• Strong numerical, logical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
• Certifications such as NISM Research Analyst or Technical Analyst certification are a plus
