As a Quality Engineer - Performance Testing, you will be responsible to design, develop, implement, monitor, and measure performance at Tiger Analytics. Automation (Performance as the primary skill) Tester proactively contributes, offers recommendations, and identifies risks and solutions associated with proposed or existing software applications strategies. Designing, Implementing and Supporting Performance testing systems and strategies. More specifically, you will work on : Translates Non-functional Requirements into Performance test cases. Develops and executes Performance testing plans and scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner

• Document and communicate the Performance-related risks to Project Management.
• Suggest and implement process improvements that will accomplish team, department, and business goals
• Responsible for managing and hiring the team for the project as needed
