Role Description

This is a

full-time position

for an

Associate Advocate

with

3–4 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation

, based in

Delhi, India

Location : Noida, Sector 62

The selected candidate will :

Handle and assist in

litigation matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts

Prepare, draft, and review

pleadings, notices, and legal documents

related to IP cases.

Conduct

legal research

and prepare

case briefs, written submissions, and evidence documents

Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities in IP matters.

Liaise with clients, investigators, and counsels for case coordination and execution.

Contribute to

IP enforcement actions

and

advisory assignments

Work in close collaboration with senior advocates and partners to ensure high-quality client service and compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

LL.B. degree

from a recognized university.

Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi

(mandatory).

3–4 years of experience

in

Intellectual Property Litigation

(Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Design).

Strong knowledge of IP laws, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.

Excellent

drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills

Strong communication, analytical, and time-management abilities.

Ability to work

independently as well as part of a team

in a fast-paced legal environment.
