About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized social media manager with 2–4 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our online presence, driving brand awareness, improving engagement, and delivering high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity
Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad (India Office)
Work Mode : Hybrid—5 days in office + 1 day WFH (Saturday)
Timings : 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST (US shift)
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly social media content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas — posts, reels, stories, carousels, campaigns.
- Work with designers and video editors to ensure content quality, timeliness, and brand consistency.
Content Execution
Write engaging, high-performing captions with CTAs, hashtags, and SEO optimization.Publish and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Later.Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely execution of campaigns.Community Management
Respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and customer queries across all platforms.Engage with audience through stories, polls, replies, and trend-based interactions.Build a positive and active online community.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track daily / weekly performance of posts (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.Use analytics tools (Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize content strategy.Trend Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated with platform updates, viral trends, formats, and best practices.Monitor competitor content and identify improvement opportunities.Campaign Management
Execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, promotions, and collaborations.Coordinate with influencers, micro-creators, and brand partners for campaigns.Brand Building
Maintain visual and tonal consistency across platforms.Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands / agencies.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube growth strategies.Experience with reels, short-form content planning, and trend-based content.Ability to write strong copy — engaging, clear, and relatable.Understanding of analytics, platform algorithms, and performance metrics.Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic design principles (coordination with designers).Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple brands / tasks simultaneously.Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic video editing (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush).Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager).Influencer campaign knowledge.Creativity in memes, trending formats, and viral ideas.
