Job description

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.

Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.

Experience with modern frontend build tools : Webpack, Babel, npm / yarn, and package management.

Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).

Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience with testing frameworks : RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI / CD).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
