Sales Support Representative

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves coordinating with vendors, assisting clients in transportation requirements, generating quotations, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle telecalling and customer support for household and commercial goods transportation
• Make calls to vendors and communicate with clients for dispatch coordination
• Manage sales opportunities, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Prepare and send quotations to clients
• Support truck rental sales and transportation services
• Assist both new and repeat customers, ensuring excellent service experience
• Achieve incentive targets for every service provided
