Experience : 10 to 12 years

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial operations, compliance, and reporting for a fast-growing gaming product company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gaming / tech-product environments and is comfortable partnering with senior leadership, GMs, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations including MIS reporting, monthly / quarterly closing , budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, FEMA regulations , and handle statutory filings.
• Manage IND-AS financial statements , consolidation, and audit support.
• Drive internal controls , process improvements, and financial discipline across teams.
• Lead Big4 audit coordination , including preparation of schedules, documentation, and closure.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the business.
• Partner closely with business leaders and GMs to provide financial insights supporting decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Product, and Operations on financial compliance and business planning.
