Define project objectives and develop project plans by reviewing proposals and conferring with management

 Estimate material and time requirements, submit purchase requests, and set production targets to meet delivery timelines.

 Coordinate daily with Production, Materials Management, and other departments for efficient scheduling and demand forecasting.

 Monitor material flow from Logistics to Production, ensuring timely responses to customer demand.

 Engage with sales and technical teams to align on customer requirements, providing tailored solutions and technical support.

 Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and conduct technical demonstrations for clients, overseeing installation and commissioning to meet quality standards.

 Maintain compliance with industry standards, manage project progress updates, and foster client relationships to drive satisfaction and future business.

 Conduct market research for product / service development, collaborate across teams, and drive process improvements.

 Evaluate costs and submit reports, considering material, labor, subcontracting, and transport costs.

 Draft production drawings and CNC programs for CNC Laser and Plasma Cutting Machines.

 Manage technical discussions with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for design finalization.

 Ensure effective project coordination with engineering, planning, quality, and safety teams.
