Job descriptionVacuum Pumps & Pumping Systems Piston Pumps Rotary vane Pumps Mechanical Booster Pump Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Dry Vacuum Pumps Vacuum Pumping Systems with Lubricant Cleaning & Conditioning System (LCCS) To lead entire Sales operation of Gujarat / MP Region Achieving Product / Segment wise Sales targets and developing new key accounts in the defined territory. Preparing monthly sales projection in view of Annual sales targets. Efficient in achieving targets through a team of 5-6 sales engineers Responsible for mentoring and retaining talent in the team Planning & Execution of necessary Business Promotion / Branding activities. Handling various Exhibitions & subsequent Customer Contact programs. Understanding application knowledge & upgrading the same on continuous basis. Provide techno-commercial support to all the customers. Premium Relationship management with Platinum Customers. Developing Customer Retention program for existing Customers. Relevant Selling experience preferably in Process- Chemical & Pharma Industry is must. Candidate should possess good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding. Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are mandatory.
