Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing enterprise-level Pega applications, leading technical teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions for clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Design end-to-end Pega architectures (system, data, integration).
  • Build scalable Pega solutions using advanced Pega BPM features.
  • Lead case management application design using Constellation .
  • Implement integrations with Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory , etc.
  • Create technical designs, develop code, and lead testing.
  • Support deployments, configuration, and environment setup.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with business / technical teams.
  • Drive BPM adoption and identify new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
  • CSSA certification required.
  • 5–6 years (Senior Associate) or 7–8 years (Manager) of Pega experience.
  • Strong background in enterprise Pega apps , case design, rules, and data modeling.
  • Consulting or industry experience preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare).
  • Experience with Agile delivery and Pega application deployment.
  • Technical skills in Java / J2EE, SQL, Web Services, JBoss / WebLogic / WebSphere.
