Job descriptionManage quotes and placements for new business and renewals Oversee post-placement servicing including : Policy drafting and issuance Endorsements Claims coordination Client query resolution Prepare and scrutinize placement slips and policy documents Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and service quality standards Analyze client requirements in coordination with the sales team Present analysis findings and gap assessments to clients Document client feedback and ensure follow-through Liaise with insurance companies for quotes Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers Maintain strong insurer relationships and market intelligence Enter RFQs and proposal details into internal databases Generate and maintain business reports and dashboards Share status updates with the Head of Placement
