Description of the role :
- Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.
- Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory
- Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
- Will be responsible for distributor handling
- Active participation in partnership programs
- Supporting BTL activities with key accounts
- Strategize in driving business successfully in territory
- Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel
Essential Knowledge and Skills :
The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challengesSkills Required
