Job Summary / Requisition Description

We are seeking an Office 365 CoPilot Developer to design and develop intelligent agent solutions that enhance human-in-the-loop interactions with job descriptions and talent workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Office 365 integration, and AI-driven automation using Power Platform components. This role will collaborate closely with HR and technology teams to streamline content creation, ensure data security, and deliver intuitive user experiences leveraging enterprise AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy CoPilot agents and plugins within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Build intelligent human-in-the-loop experiences that enable CoPilot to generate, summarize, and refine job descriptions in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Integrate CoPilot with the CoPilot Knowledge Store to source contextual data and improve retrieval accuracy.
• Implement Power Automate workflows to support automated approvals, notifications, and document management.
• Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the relevance of CoPilot responses with enterprise data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AI and HR product teams to design and enhance agent behavior and prompt flows.
• Maintain governance and compliance alignment across M365 and AI deployments.
