Responsibilities :

  • To plan and execute day to day testing activities as per test requests.
  • Publish test reports as per test request.
  • Maintain calibration and health records of testing equipments.
  • Ensure that Test Lab KPI’s are met and take corrective actions where there

are shortcomings.

  • Responsible for doing GTV as per plan.
  • Manage and maintain 5S & visual management in Lab as per Global

    • standards.

  • Know and apply VC’s policy of health, safety and environment.
  • Know the basic principles of ISO 14001 and its interaction.
  • Know the basic principles of IATF 16949.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Make efficient use of resources and tools in order to avoid unnecessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities using

    • the tools of VPS.

  • Take care of role and responsibilities as assigned by the management at time to time

    • Qualifications :

    Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

    5 yrs. Minimum reqd. In Testing

  • Basic Knowledge about Static Test software like MPT & Test expert, Zwick.
  • Basic knowledge about RLD software like RPC
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Able to work on Excel & MS Word.
  • Understand English.
  • Basic understanding of test conditions & test type e.g Bond, Static, Dynamic testing.
