Role Overview
The Vice President Sales (Luxury Residential Property Management) will be responsible for driving the growth, revenue, and positioning of the companys luxury residential property management portfolio. This senior leadership role is focused exclusively on high-end residential assets, catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), expatriates, and discerning investors seeking best-in-class property management services. The role combines strategic vision, relationship management, and sales excellence, ensuring that the company becomes the trusted partner of choice for luxury property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Develop and implement sales strategies tailored specifically for luxury residential property management services, with a focus on client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Client Engagement : Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, developers, luxury brokers, and international investors, positioning the firm as their preferred property management partner.
