Job Title : HR Operations Advisor 2

About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled HR Operations Advisor 2 to join our HR Services team. This role focuses on managing employee HR data, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in a highly confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure transactional requests and assigned inquiries are completed within SLA based on priority and complexity.
Respond to and resolve employee queries in a timely, accurate, and employee-centric manner.
Create and maintain employee HR records in systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, MS Vacation, etc.
Take complete ownership of data administration requests, including follow-ups and approvals.
Follow Desktop Procedures / KB articles for all HR transactions and queries.
Ensure Maker-Checker process and data monitoring to maintain high-quality HR data.
Protect sensitive employee data and comply with confidentiality policies.
Ideal Candidate Background / Requirements :
Experience : 3 5 years in HR Services with onboarding and offboarding exposure.
Notice Period : Immediate
Systems Knowledge : Proficient in SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM, Siebel is a plus.
Education : Graduation required; Post-Graduation is a plus.
