Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic AVP Growth to lead customer acquisition and retention across India. The person will be responsible for scaling our sales engine, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with professionals in the construction ecosystem. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Customer Acquisition : Develop and implement strategies to onboard new designers, architects, contractors, and other professionals
- Account Retention : Drive customer loyalty and repeat business through strong relationship management and service excellence
- Revenue Growth : Own sales targets and consistently deliver on business goals
- Market Expansion : Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and product categories
- Sales Operations : Set up scalable processes, CRM practices, and performance monitoring systems
- Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and coach sales managers and executives to achieve individual and team KPIs
What We're Looking For
