Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive HR Manager located in Patli, Farrukhnagar, Haryana. The Executive HR Manager will oversee all facets of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and training programs. Key responsibilities include planning and executing HR strategies, ensuring adherence to labor law regulations, resolving employee relations issues, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role also involves supporting organizational growth by aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in HR compliance, labor laws, and handling employee relations issues
• Strong skills in designing and implementing employee engagement and training programs
• Effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proven experience in managing payroll, benefits, and HR information systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in logistics or related industries is an advantage
