Job descriptionWork on FI integration with MM, SD, PP, and PM modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications (WRICEF). Ensure solution design meets business needs while maintaining SAP best practices. Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and conduct unit / integration testing. Provide ongoing support for issue resolution, enhancements, and system improvements. Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, with strong implementation and support exposure. Minimum 2 end-to-end S / 4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations is a must. SAP Certification in S / 4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Financial Accounting) preferred. Proficiency in business requirement gathering, functional specification writing (WRICEF), and integration touchpoints. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in conducting user training and providing post go-live support. Work on cutting-edge SAP S / 4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) projects. About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager - SAP FICO to drive finance module implementations, process enhancements, and cross-functional integrations within SAP S / 4HANA Cloud (Public Edition).
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in core FICO processes, deep functional knowledge, and experience managing end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
SAP FICO Functional Expertise :
- Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cost & Profit Centre Accounting (CPA).
- Lead and support minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Configure, test, and support FICO functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
