Employment Type : Fixed-Term Contract (Renewal on a yearly basis)
Reporting Relationship : Administrative reporting to Unit Lead and functional reporting to Lead Gender & Community Enterprise.
Key Deliverables :
- Roll out Disha, Mahila Sabha, and Digital Literacy programs for women across three clusters and Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) colonies.
- Promote and enhance women’s leadership and participation in community-level decision-making bodies.
- Collaborate with the Mission Shakti Department to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of Project BLIS with Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Foster convergence with State Government departments, especially Mission Shakti, for joint program execution and strategic policy partnerships.
- Organize and facilitate youth engagement camps in the designated areas.
- Integrate a gender perspective across other programmatic verticals.
- Establish and maintain coordination with 12 Gender Action Committees in partnership with the Odisha Livelihood Mission.
- Track and report on gender-specific indicators, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Design and conduct training, awareness sessions, and exposure visits tailored for women stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification :
For Assistant Manager : Graduation (Social Work / Rural Development or equivalent).
Minimum No. of years of experience : 0-4 years.
