About the Role
As a Legal Operations Intern, you will assist with research, drafting, and organizing case materials for U.S. immigration filings. You will also get exposure to how technology and AI tools are used to support case preparation. This role is a chance to gain practical experience in immigration law while developing skills in legal operations and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with drafting client-facing documents : recommendation letters, statements, and case summaries.
- Research industries, achievements, and evidence to support immigration petitions.
- Organize and structure supporting documents such as publications, press coverage, and awards.
- Support attorneys in preparing filings that are clear, complete, and approval-ready.
- Explore and test OpenSphere’s AI workflows, helping refine how we serve clients.
Ideal Candidate
Law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year program, or final year in a 3-year LLB or recent graduate)Excellent research and writing ability.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Interest in immigration, global mobility, or legaltech.Open to learning new tools and working in a fast-paced startup environment.Core Competencies
