Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate Service Desk

In this role individual need to provide Level 1 support services with knowledge of Technical / Service desk.

Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support on Calls / Chats

Windows & MAC troubleshooting

Active Directory

Basic Networking

Win NT / 2000

MS Office. O365

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

Excellent Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Good written and presentation

Verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role

In-depth requirement understanding skills

Good analytical and problem-solving ability

Interpersonal efficiency and positive attitude
